I.  PURPOSE

 

To insure that Tarry House, Inc. is in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws, rules and ordinances as they apply to the operation of a Residential Treatment Facility for adult persons diagnosed with mental illness.

 

II.        POLICY

 

 Tarry House, Inc. will insure that yearly inspections or reports are completed in a timely manner for the following Governmental entities, which will allow Tarry House, Inc. to continue operations.
