I.                   Purpose

 

            To maintain an inventory of depreciable equipment.

 

 

II.                Policy

 

            It shall be the policy of Tarry House, Inc. to maintain an inventory of capital equipment, and furnishings

           

 

III.             Procedure

 

            On an annual basis, the Business Manager or designee shall inventory all depreciable equipment and       furnishings and have the results available for the external auditing firm.  The guidelines for inventoried           items shall follow all IRS guidelines for depreciable equipment.
